BLS
No online course required! American Heart Association’s (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) course equips learners with the skills needed to quickly identify various critical emergencies, perform high-quality chest compressions, administer proper ventilations, utilize an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) early, and manage choking incidents. The training includes protocols for assisting Adults, Children, and Infants. This is our most popular class!

Online course required! American Heart Association’s (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Skills and American Red Cross’s (ARC) BLS Blended courses combine online and in-person learning for the BLS curriculum. This hybrid approach ensures high-quality resuscitation training while allowing participants to progress through the material at a comfortable pace. Choose between the AHA or ARC course depending on your need, tackle the online segment, followed by a hands-on skills session led by an instructor. First Aid/CPR/AED
The First Aid/CPR/AED courses are designed to equip individuals with the essential skills and knowledge to respond effectively to common emergencies. Participants will learn how to perform CPR, use an AED, and administer basic first aid for injuries and sudden illnesses. The course combines theoretical understanding with practical hands-on training, ensuring learners are prepared to act confidently in critical situations. This class covers procedures for adults, children, and infants, making it ideal for parents, educators, and anyone interested in becoming a proficient first responder. We provide both ATEM and ARC certification courses.

ACLS Skills
American Heart Association’s (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) course is designed for healthcare professionals and emergency responders who manage or assist in cardiopulmonary emergencies and cardiovascular crises. It extends BLS training, focusing on effective chest compressions, bag-mask usage, and AED operation. The program covers the recognition and initial management of cardiac and respiratory arrest, symptomatic bradycardia, airway management, pharmacology, handling of Acute Coronary Syndromes (ACS) and stroke, and emphasizes the importance of effective team communication in resuscitation. We offer comprehensive CPR and AED training for everyone. Our American Red Cross (ARC) CPR/AED Certification course provides in-depth training on adult, child, and infant CPR, as well as AED use, following the latest guidelines—ideal for those needing official ARC certification. This course requires the completion of the ARC CPR/AED Online Class prior to class time.
For those who want to learn these life-saving skills without certification, our Free Education Only course offers essential CPR and AED training. Perfect for community members, parents, and anyone interested in being prepared for emergencies. Join us to make our community safer and more prepared.

Instructor Course
AHA’s BLS Instructor course prepares individuals to teach essential life-saving techniques, including chest compressions, ventilation, AED use, and choking management. Candidates will learn effective teaching strategies, communication skills, and student assessment methods through a mix of practical exercises and theory. Have you ever wanted to teach CPR?
